On or about 1 June 2016, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has released the third edition of the e-Tax Guide GST Guide for the Aerospace Industry. It replaces the second edition published on 23 June 2015.
The revised e-Tax Guide incorporates the following updates:

- removed paragraph 7 on Approved Import GST Suspension Scheme (AISS)

- revised paragraph 3.1 on definition of qualifying aircraft

- added paragraph 4.2 on documentary requirements
- revised paragraph 4.5 to include Certificate of Conformity (COC)
- added paragraph 4.6 on documentary requirements
- added paragraph 5.4.4 on documentary requirements
- revised paragraph 5.5.2 to clarify the conditions
- added paragraph 7.2 on supplies made to non-international aircraft
- added paragraph 7.3 on documentary requirements
- added paragraph 8 on supply of handling services and handling and storage services of goods carried in an aircraft
