The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) has further updated the Setting up Register of Controllers – Help Resources with clarifications and addition of illustrative diagrams.
These are part of the resources provided of ACRA which to guide companies, foreign companies and limited liability partnerships to comply with regulatory requirement to set up Register of Controllers that took effective from 31 March 2017.
ACRA has also updated the Guidance relating to Register of Nominee Directors for Company.
