On 21 March 2018, the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018 (S 171/2018) was published in the Government Gazette (electronic edition).
The Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, except sections 64, 65, 67(2) and 70, comes into operation on 1 April 2018.
Sections 64 and 65 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018 come into operation on 2 April 2018.
Section 66 sets out the saving and transitional provisions and enables the Minister to make regulations to provide any further saving or transitional provisions
Section 71 makes a consequential amendment to Pt III of the Fourth Schedule arising from the dissolution of the International Enterprise Singapore Board and the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board and their replacement by the Board.
