On 31 August 2018, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has updated the following withholding tax forms and templates on the S45 Offline Data Entry (ODE) for payers who want to prepare multiple records offline and then submit in bulk, together with User Guide and FAQ.
- S45 ODE application v 3.7, include Java application that helps to upload the complete ‘S45 ODE Import Template’ for submission to IRAS
- S45 ODE Import template, the Excel template that allows payers to key in multiple records of payee offline, and
- S45 ODE Import Template for Supplementary Retirement Scheme, the Excel template that is applicable for importing of SRS records into the S45 Offline Data-Entry (ODE) application.
