Among other changes, it also lowers the withholding tax rate for royalties and expands the scope of capital gains tax exemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full text of Singapore-Korea DTA is available on the IRAS website.   <br>The full text of the Singapore-Korea DTA is available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore\u2019s website.
