On or about 18 December 2015, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has released the seventh edition of the e-Tax Guide GST: Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP). It replaces the sixth edition published on 25 July 2014. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The revised e-Tax Guide incorporates the following updates: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. amended section 5 on ACAP Incentives. <\/li>
  2. amended paragraphs 12.1 to 12.5 on Post ACAP Review. <\/li>
  3. revised paragraph 12.10. <\/li>
  4. Appendix 1 \u201cGST ACAP Review Guidance\u201d
    1. amended paragraphs 1.6, 2.1 and 2.2. <\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    2. Appendix 2 \u201cInformation Leaflet on Post ACAP Review\u201d
      1. editorial changes to paragraphs 2.1(c) and 2.1(d). <\/li>
      2. inserted paragraph 3 \u201cReview Period for PAR\u201d. <\/li>
      3. amended paragraph 4.1 on reduced sample size for standard-rated supplies. <\/li>
      4. inserted paragraphs 4.2 and 5.1. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
