{"id":638,"date":"2018-07-07T18:31:48","date_gmt":"2018-07-07T10:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ehluar.com\/main\/?p=638"},"modified":"2018-07-22T21:53:36","modified_gmt":"2018-07-22T13:53:36","slug":"stamp-duty-additional-conveyance-duties-on-property-holding-entities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/ehluar.com\/main\/2018\/07\/07\/stamp-duty-additional-conveyance-duties-on-property-holding-entities\/","title":{"rendered":"Stamp Duty: Additional Conveyance Duties on Property-Holding Entities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_hP\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On 5 July 2018, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has updated the third edition of e-Tax Guide on Additional Conveyance Duties on Property-Holding Entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This e-Tax Guide replaces the second edition which was published on 19 February 2018 to reflect the updated Additional Conveyance Duties for Buyers (ACDB) rates for documents executed on or after 6 July 2018, and inclusion of a new FAQ. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Additional Conveyance Duties (ACD) applies when buying or selling equity interests (e.g. shares or units)\u00a0 in property-holding entities (PHEs) that own primarily residential properties in Singapore.
